When you contact ZeroAir by email, we receive your email address and whatever name, organisation and message details you choose to share. If the protected website enquiry form is enabled, it requests your name, email address, optional organisation, area of interest and your message. International processing

Cloudflare may process data outside the United Kingdom when providing website hosting and security services. If the protected enquiry form is enabled, Resend will process email message data in the United States, even though its sending region is Europe; its published Data Processing Addendum describes UK transfer protections. How long information is kept

We retain business enquiries for the period reasonably needed to respond, consider any requested follow-up, and manage a potential or resulting commercial relationship. Records may be retained longer where necessary for legal obligations or potential claims. Where an enquiry does not progress, we review whether its continued retention is necessary and remove information when it is no longer required. A detailed deletion schedule and mailbox retention controls are under operational review.

Your data protection rights
